Can be assembled as Lord-Celestant on Stardrake OR Drakesworn Templar Even amongst the gloried ranks of the Stormcast Eternals and the star-born hierarchy of the Children of Dracothion, only the mightiest and noblest are chosen to lead an Extremis Chamber. So infused with celestial power are the Lord-Celestant and Stardrake that they radiate azure energies. The power of the stars themselves is theirs to command. This multi-part plastic kit contains all the components necessary to build one of the two following models: A Lord-Celestant on Stardrake; armed with either a tempestos hammer or stormbound blade and sigmarite shield, or A Drakesworn Templar, the retribution of the heavens given form, armed with either a tempest axe, arc hammer, or stormlance and skybolt bow. The Stardrake itself, an imposingly large model, features two different designs of shoulder armour showing variations on the hammer, lightning and comet iconography, two head options allowing the choice of a roaring Stardrake or one with its mouth firmly closed, the option to alter the wing positions. The eagle-eyed Knight-Judicator is an officer of Angelos Conclaves who wields the terrifying terminus greatbow, a gargantuan weapon that can fell the mightiest of foes from far across the battlefield. His faithful gryph-hounds act as wards, alerting him of incoming threats and harassing enemies who get too close. Wearing the lightest variant of the new thunderstrike armour, and adorned with a beastmark that represents the face of an eagle, the Knight-Judicator is perched on a piece of scenery as he draws back the string of his mighty bow. Long ago, before Sigmar was plucked from the heavens by the great drake Dracothion, the powerful Draconith empire was brought low at the hands of Kragnos, whose divine rampage smashed city after city until only a handful of Draconith remained. In a desperate gambit to defeat what they could not kill, the princes Krondys and Karazai enlisted the aid of the enigmatic Lord Kroak to seal Kragnos beneath a mountain, where he stayed until the Necroquake sundered his prison. Once reforged with the power of the ninth Great Bolt, Skjordamar, Carthalos is a master tactician and an indomitable warrior. Stormstrike Chariots are the Stormcasts specialist linebreaker units. Pulled by two specially bred gryph-chargers, these chariots are swift enough to evade enemy fire and to respond with either a mighty charge or thunderous long-range fire. The Stormstrike Chariot itself bears the maker's mark of Grungni himself and resembles the shields wielded by Vindictors. Its riders wear a unique lighter variant of the brand new thunderstrike armour. Whilst the driver is armed with a stormstrike axe, the Stormcast passenger can be built wielding either a great stormbow or a tempestuous spear. Bold raiders and expert scouts, the Vanguard-Hunters are the elite infantry of the Vanguard Auxiliary Chambers. Battle-hardened veterans, they are experts at using the terrain to their advantage. Their daring guerilla raids necessitate constant movement - more than once has a thought-unassailable position been scaled and destroyed by a band of Vanguard-Hunters who have made themselves invisible during the madness of battle. Their weapons suit their role - heavy-bladed swords and short-hafted axes cut through brush, briar and flesh, and boltstorm pistols are easy to fire on the move. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble 10 Vanguard-Hunters. Vanquishers are expert, greatsword-wielding warriors, well practised in counter-charging enemy units pinned in place by Liberators and Vindictors. The celestial greatswords they wield with preternatural skill are embedded with a shard of celestium realmstone, which these warriors meditate upon until they become one with their blades. Vanquishers are so in tune with their weapons that they are able to receive fragmentary visions from the celestium, enhancing their martial prowess to far higher levels, allowing them to easily feint and parry enemy blows before delivering precise killing strikes. This multipart plastic kit comprises 172 components, with which you can build 10 Vanquishers wearing sleek Thunderstrike armour and wielding mighty celestial greatswords. There are multiple build options within the kit, and each miniature can be built with helmeted or unhelmeted heads.
