TICKETS

Tickets for the tournament have a strict capacity limit; this capacity affects the tournament prize pot, so cancellations negatively impact all the players who do come along. With that in mind, our tickets are subject to a few additional rules.

A) Cancellations BEFORE a three-week (21-day) window can be refunded without problem.

B) Cancellations requested within the three-week (21-day) window cannot be refunded. We will, however, place an additional ticket into the availability. If this additional* ticket sells, you will be given a refund.

*Additional tickets are tickets sold above capacity, so only if the event is AT CAPACITY can you get a refund, as then it has not affected the prize pool.

*Additional tickets are sold in order of requested cancellations; it’s only fair to give the better chance of a refund to those who give us the greater window to sell the tickets.

C) You can sell or gift a ticket to a friend, etc. We don't tie it to the customer who bought it. This direct selling can be simpler than having us do it, and you don't have to be in the additional ticket queue.
