| Orders placed online for in-stock items will be ready for collection within one hour If ordered out of hours, items will be ready the next day at opening times. |
| Orders placed online for out of stock items will be ready for collection once all items have arrived. You will receive an email once your order is ready and may collect it during opening hours. |
| Collection is FREE. (you will have the option to buy a 20p carrier bag if you need one) |

| Hazardous items can not be sent by Royal Mail, therefore they are sent via UPS 3 Day. Any item that is hazardous items will be clearly marked on its products page. |
